I have recently completed a church-wide 21 days fast and it felt like my year begun after the fast. I know you are screaming out.....its mid-February, where has this woman been. Well I can say tarrying in His presence and my it makes all the difference. Let's be frank, I know most of our New Year resolutions are out of the window and almost settling into life as usual.
You wonder how do I know? It happened to me almost every year till I decided no more New Year resolutions. This year I took time to meditate during the fast and thought what will be the one commitment that I will want to make and stick with it and I came up with one with the help of the Holy Spirit.
I know you want to hear it; it's actually simple....to carry the presence and the voice of the Holy Spirit everywhere I go and whatever I do. That will be just sufficient for me this year. I can feel a stirring, I can sense something big, it's like the dam wants to break, the heavens want to empty itself.....someone needs to make room for God.
Your biggest dream is still nowhere near what God wants to do for you, through you and by you. The question now is are you up for God's high flying plan or your life as usual? I know what I have signed up for.....His plan. Come on, let's commit!
